Flattener
"Flattener tool." That's really too opaque of a name but it's the snappiest one I could think of. Perspective transforms specified quadrilateral sections of images into new quadrangles, and calculates the locations of points in the new measurement frame. Useful for deriving, say, the positions of architectural elements on a building with known general dimensions but no detailed plans available. Try it out! Sorry about the UI design. Not mobile friendly.
